Newly-opened Italian restaurant, terrace and lounge, Bistrot90 at Fairmont Dubai has launched a new wine club for ladies that now takes place every Wednesday evening from 8pm – 10.30pm. ‘Ladies into Wine’ invites women that are passionate about wine and who enjoy learning about different grape varieties to be a part of a weekly networking-style evening that combines Italian cuisine with wine parings and an insightful look at the production of wine.
Bringing a taste of Puglia to Dubai, Bistrot90’s new wine club presents guests with a three-course menu that begins with a selection of antipasti and Italian sparkling, while wine producer and restaurant owner, Ivan Conte and sommelier Luca Gagliardi talk diners through the method of its production.
For the pasta course, ladies will simultaneously discover the ideal acidity levels in white wines, before moving onto the meat course, where the role of tannins in red wines will be discussed and enjoyed.
Priced at AED 95 per person for a three-course menu paired with wines, ‘Ladies into Wine’ takes place every Wednesday at Bistrot90 from 8pm to 10.30pm.
With stunning Downtown Dubai city skyline vistas visible through floor-to-ceiling windows inside, Bistrot90 offers uninterrupted views of Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future from its expansive al fresco terrace, presenting an idyllic setting for the evening.
