Data Specialist Kagool to Double Investment in Dubai

20th October, 2022 UK headquartered data modernisation specialist Kagool, has today announced that it will be increasing by 100% its initial planned investment into its Dubai office and the region to $16M over the next two years. The announcement comes just five months after Kagool opened its first Middle East office in Dubai in May 2022.

Dan Barlow, Group CEO of Kagool commented; “We previously saw huge opportunities in the region as our data modernisation capabilities lend themselves to energy, aerospace, retail and financial services.  After attending GITEX, we have seen the speed of the post Covid recovery and the level of engagement and desire to invest-to-innovate here, so we are immediately doubling our investment in the region.  Cloud datacentres have only recently arrived in the region and cloud adoption is accelerating.  Kagool’s international experience in accelerating complex enterprises into the cloud means we’re strategically placed to support the huge technology growth aspirations of the Middle East.”

Whilst at GITEX, Kagool unveiled the global exclusive launch of its latest product, K-Archive, a Data Management product which supports the Data Archiving needs of SAP enterprise sites leveraging the power of the Microsoft Azure platform.  With this new product Azure archived data can be seamlessly accessed by SAP functional processes in the same way regardless of if the data has been archived or not.  The Kagool Data archival solution is fast to deploy and scale unlike traditional SAP archiving projects.
