Dubai Airshow set for flight from November 17 to 21

With a refreshed look

The 19th Dubai Airshow will take place from November 17 to 21, 2025, at Dubai World Central (DWC). Building on the success of previous editions, the 2025 show promises to be bigger and more innovative. Its rebranded theme, “The Future is Here,” will reflect the cutting-edge technologies and ideas that will shape the future of these industries.

Organised by Informa Markets, the Dubai Airshow has long been a global hub for aerospace innovation. The 2025 edition is expected to continue this legacy with groundbreaking displays and discussions. The previous edition saw record-breaking attendance, with over 135,000 visitors and more than $101 billion in deals announced.

This year’s event aims to surpass those numbers, bringing together the world’s brightest minds across nine key industry themes: defence, space, sustainability, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). With a refreshed look and new branding, the event will showcase how the aerospace sector is evolving to meet future demands.

The 2025 Airshow, which will be supported by industry giants such as Dubai Airports, the UAE Ministry of Defence, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA), and the UAE Space Agency, promises to be a game-changer.

Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) is a significant highlight of this year’s event. Dubai is setting global benchmarks with its ambitious plans to introduce flying taxis by 2026. These electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOLs), capable of carrying passengers up to 320 km/h, will revolutionise urban transportation. The Dubai Airshow will provide a platform for showcasing these innovations alongside other eco-conscious and sustainable aviation technologies driving global change.

Space exploration will also take centre stage at the Airshow as the UAE’s growing space programme inspires worldwide innovation. The UAE’s Mars Mission and ambitious space goals will be highlighted, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a leader in the field. In partnership with the UAE Space Agency, the event will feature enhanced space activations, including networking opportunities, asset displays, and investment prospects for space startups.

With more than 8,000 sqm of exhibition space, Dubai Airshow 2025 will accommodate the growing demand for aerospace technologies and innovations in the region. For the first time, the Airshow will feature an exclusive “Party on the Runway,” offering an elegant night of luxury entertainment and unparalleled networking opportunities set against the stunning backdrop of the runway.

Additionally, the event will introduce a new Training Academy, fostering innovation through student displays, workshops, and hackathons focused on solving pressing industry challenges. The Airshow will also present a diverse conference programme with over 250 industry leaders discussing aerospace advancements, sustainable solutions, and the future of space exploration.

The NextGen Leaders programme will continue bridging the gap between young talent and industry veterans, ensuring the future workforce has the skills to drive aerospace forward. Alongside this, VISTA, a hub for global aerospace startups, will connect over 120 startups with more than 50 investors, mentoring and funding emerging talent in the sector.
