Focus on vertical flight sector at Dubai Helishow 2024
Event lifts off on October 22 at Skydive Dubai
Dubai Helishow 2024 will open its doors at Skydive Dubai from October 22 to 24, 2024. The event, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will serve as a pivotal platform to showcase the latest advancements in the VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing), UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), and helicopter industries.
Trade attendees can anticipate three action-packed days featuring exhibitions, live demonstrations, and insightful discussions.
One of the standout features of this year’s event, supported by Airbus, will be a live demonstration by the UAE’s National Search and Rescue Center on October 22. This display will highlight the skill, bravery, and cutting-edge technology involved in search and rescue operations, giving attendees a real-time look at life-saving missions in action.

The Dubai Heliconference 2024, featuring 45+ expert speakers from around the globe, will run concurrently with the show’s exhibition.
The conference will address pressing industry topics such as the future of eVTOL, challenges faced by helicopter operators in the wake of heavy-lift drone transport, and military applications of drones, including uncrewed combat aerial vehicles (UCAVs) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) drones.
Additionally, discussions will cover the integration of AI in helicopters and advancements in military drone technologies.
