Enjoy new mocktails at The Garden Room at The Lanesborough London
Before Sober October, The Garden Room at The Lanesborough London has unveiled a new collection of mocktails designed to allow guests to enjoy some of the Garden Room’s iconic drinks.
Available from October 1, 2023, and ongoing, the new menu of four mocktails, created by Cesar Correia, has been designed to replicate the complex flavours of many well-known drinks and cocktails such as The Garden Room’s classic Negroni or French 75.
Some of the Signature drinks from the menu include:
Garden 75: Recreating the iconic French 75, this sparkling floral refreshing mocktail contains Supasawa citrus combined with Gomme topped with sparkling Jasmin tea, served in a classic Lanesborough crystal bubbles flute with floral garnish.
Negroni Zero: The Italian classic making its way into the hearts of many across the globe, this version of the classic Negroni combines premium tonic water, Martini Vibrante, Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso, Fluere Bitter, droplets of oak smoke bitters, mixed all together and served over ice in a classic tumbler, garnished with an orange flower.
Passion Sunrise: Silky, soft and delicious tropical taste of pineapple and passion fruit; the Passion Sunrise is shaken with passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice, served over cubed ice, strained and topped with crushed ice. Finished with a dash of Grenadine to give a beautiful sunrise effect. Served in a high ball garnished with physalis.
Apple and Cranberry Sour: A tangy, fruit-refreshing drink served over ice. Key ingredients are apple juice, cranberry juice, lime juice, and vanilla syrup shaken and poured into a high ball over cubed ice. Cover with crushed ice and serve with lime wedges.
Cesar Correia, Assistant Garden Room Manager, said: “We have continually adapted our mocktail menu in The Garden Room to please and welcome every request, as we have found that even outside of Sober October, it is now common all year long to entertain guests who prefer non-alcoholic beverages.”
The Garden Room is a hidden oasis tucked away from the bustle of Hyde Park Corner.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the outdoor cigar lounge and covered terrace is open year-round with a fireplace, heaters and blankets to keep guests warm on colder evenings.
Alongside an impressive selection of Cuban and pre-Castro cigars presented in the celebrated walk-in humidor, the Garden Room offers light dishes served until late and cigar master classes.
