EuroTech ME acquires sister company IO21 in expansion rollout
Takeover broadens SaaS provider’s service offerings
EuroTech ME, a leading software solutions provider in the GCC region, has fully acquired its sister company, IO21, to broaden the scope of its solutions portfolio and propel expansion in the UAE and Saudi markets.
With EuroTech ME excelling in IT services, AV, and security solutions, IO21 specialises in innovative software and technological services.
Under the takeover terms, EuroTech ME will retain 70% of IO21’s Dubai-based skilled staff, who will integrate into EuroTech ME’s business development, technical and marketing departments.

EuroTech ME recently strengthened its leadership team because of ambitious growth plans in 2024 in the UAE and Saudi markets. The company is bolstering this growth trajectory by promoting promising young talent from within the organisation to take on new roles in engineering, marketing, and sales operations.
Established in 2009 by Michael Andersen and headquartered in Dubai, UAE, EuroTech ME supports SMEs and large corporate houses in the UAE. The company expanded to Saudi Arabia in 2022 by opening an office in Riyadh.
