FAI rent-a-jet obtains Dubai medical escort service accreditation
FAI is among the world’s largest air ambulance operators
FAI rent-a-jet’s air ambulance division has obtained Commercial Airline Medical Escort (CAME) accreditation from the European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI) for its medical escort service in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The accreditation is a testament to FAI’s commitment to quality and safety in air medical operations and follows FAI’s earlier recognition as an approved EURAMI provider in early 2023.
The CAME endorsement is prestigious for aero-medical providers engaged in patient transfers, such as FAI.
It authorises the transport of patients either seated in the cabin or on a designated stretcher. Notably, FAI has become the first private company in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region to secure EURAMI CAME accreditation, solidifying its position as the only European fixed-wing operator with CAME and EURAMI-approved provider accreditation in the GCC region.
100 completed missions
To attain CAME accreditation, operators must demonstrate a substantial operational track record, with at least 100 completed missions.
They must have dedicated qualified personnel and infrastructure suitable for CAME operations, as well as the necessary equipment for safe medical transportation on commercial flights.
Additionally, providers must comply with at least 90% of the EURAMI CAME Standards, covering areas such as Business Organisation and Ethics, Safety and Quality, Operations, Medical, and Logistics.
FAI rent-a-jet is Germany’s largest private jet operator and among the world’s largest air ambulance operators.

FAI rent-a-jet operates a diverse and state-of-the-art 10-strong fleet of Bombardier aircraft, including Learjet 60, Challenger 604s, and Global Express aircraft.
