Having trouble sleeping? Listen to P Diddy’s meditation track

The Coronavirus pandemic is causing many people sleepless nights as most are worried about their jobs and the future of their businesses. In an effort to help people have a good night’s sleep despite their challenges, hip-hop mogul recently released a different kind of track: a guided meditation.

Titled “Honor Yourself”, the 25-minute recorded meditation is designed to help listeners relax before bed time. It includes a mix of deep breathing exercises, gratitude prompts and relaxation techniques, all voiced by Combs.
