Majid Al Futtaim Communities has begun the construction phase of its recently launched Elan neighbourhood at Tilal Al Ghaf, for its planned delivery by December 2022.
The construction, that commenced on July 12, follows the sale of 594 units in phases one and two of Elan development, representing a total sales value of Dhs900m.
