Qatar Airways wins four Business Traveller Awards
Doha Airport was named the Best Airport in the Middle East
Qatar Airways won four award categories at the 2023 Business Traveller Awards ceremony held on September 13, 2023, at the Royal Garden Hotel in London, England.
The national carrier of Qatar was awarded Best Long-Haul Airline, Best Business Class, Best Middle Eastern Airline, and Best Inflight Food & Beverage, as voted for by the readers of the UK-based Business Traveller magazine.
The airline’s hub, Hamad International Airport (DOH) in Doha, Qatar, was named the Best Airport in the Middle East and the Second-Best Airport in the World.
Long legacy
The BT Awards have honoured the best names in the travel and hospitality industries for over 30 years.
Over 200 industry leaders gathered in London to celebrate the nominees and winners.
Eric Odone, Vice President of Sales, Europe at Qatar Airways, and Gary Kershaw, Regional Manager of UK and Ireland at Qatar Airways, attended the BT Awards ceremony to accept the Qatar Airways and Hamad International Airport trophies.
