Sambusek at Rosewood Abu Dhabi launches the 1-meter long experience
Sambusek at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi announced today the launch of a unique and impressive dining experience for Arabic food lovers for the entire month of February.
Dubbed the one-meter long kofta kebab experience, it brings together family and friends around the dining table to share truly mouthwatering food in an unforgettable setting overlooking the calming waters of Al Maryah Island.
Diners will be able to enjoy an impressive 700 grams of kofta, traditionally prepared and cooked on a meter-long skewer, with a gorgeous selection of Mediterranean vegetables including tomatoes, onions and grilled mushrooms.
The kebab, garnished with parsley and fried nuts, is elegantly presented by the restaurant’s highly skilled chefs and served to guests at their table.
This month-long dining experience perfectly encapsulates Sambusek’s reputation for encouraging the spirit and culture of sharing that the Middle East is so renowned for.
The 1 Meter Long Experience is intended for groups of two-to-four people and represents exceptional value for money at AED 290 per order, available daily for lunch or dinner until 28 February.
Sambusek’s lunch period runs from midday until 6 p.m., while dinner is served from 6 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.
