Saudi Vision 2030 on display at G20 meeting in New Delhi
Kingdom’s Media Oasis event showcases leading sectors
September 10, 2023: The Ministry of Media, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is hosting a three-day event in conjunction with the G20 Leaders’ Summit in New Delhi, India, to showcase Saudi Vision 2023.
The event, called Media Oasis, is being organised from September 9-11, 2023, in the Indian capital city.
The event aims to provide an immersive and interactive experience of Saudi Arabia’s leading tourism, entertainment, technology, culture, and sports projects.
The overarching theme of the exhibit is Vision 2030, an initiative by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aimed towards the diversification of the country economically, socially, and culturally.
The event showcases the initiatives the Saudi Ministry of Culture, Invest Saudi, Saudi Ministry of Sports, Saudi Ministry of Energy, Red Sea Global, SDAIA, FII Institute, Royal Institute of Traditional Arts Konoz, and CGC are taking.

A host of multinational ministers and senior Saudi officials is attending Media Oasis.
The exhibition is taking place at the Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi.
The event is being held parallel to HRH Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman’s visit to New Delhi for the G20 Leaders’ Summit.
The first edition of Media Oasis was in conjunction with the 32nd Arab Summit in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in June 2023.
Vision 2030 aims to increase diversification economically, socially, and culturally in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Vision 2030 lays out targets for diversification and improving competitiveness. It is built around three main themes, which set out specific objectives to be achieved by 2030.
To advance Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia formally announced on September 27, 2019, the issuance of a tourist visa allowing visitors from 49 countries to visit the country for up to 90 days for a fee of $80.
The visa can be obtained online as an evisa or upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.
