future. The book shows how happiness and positivity can contribute to achieving the UAE ambitious goals and consolidating its position as a leading nation in all fields.”

For his part, Ahmad bin Meshar Al Muhairi said: “In line with the insightful vision of our wise leadership and the forward-looking government work strategies, happiness and positivity have become a culture and a lifestyle in the UAE. It is undeniable that approaching the requirements and challenges of the work environment positively enhances the ability of management to motivate work teams and optimise the use of available resources.” Al Muhairi elaborated: “The book ‘Reflections on Happiness and Positivity’ by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, offers a wealth of knowledge and constitutes an encyclopedia of life lessons and leadership strategies drawn from His Highness’s exceptional leadership and management skills.
