Dubai, UAE September 2022: Cove Beach’s contemporary and chic Two.0 restaurant transforms the culinary chapter with its vibrant new menu making it the perfect gastronomic destination for Mediterranean, sushi and seafood lovers. Transport yourself to the country’s hottest beach club where picturesque views meet an eccentric menu showcasing decadent delights for you to devour.

The Group Executive Chef James Knight- Pacheco has reimagined the Two.0 menu and inspired a modern twist in the menu unveiling delicious new dishes to elevate the dining experience. The much-loved sushi remains the star of the menu with its classic tastes that are a sensorial journey for your senses. The signature dish that just can’t be missed is Drop The BASS, which is a whole Seabass stuffed with a seasonal salad. Being situated by the sea, the revamped menu celebrates all things locally produced by incorporating local fish, dry-aged meats and vegetables into the dishes.

The range of flavours can be attributed to Two.0’s well-equipped kitchen which prides itself on its amazing open wood-fired grill. Proving an addition to the menu, guests can explore the sharing style concept and the table-side preparations to add an additional theater to the experience.

On the new menu launch, Chef James-Knight Pacheco said, “I’m thrilled to announce the launch of a new menu wherein my love of seafood and seasonal flavours are reflected. Keeping the classics, the current food presentation is about minimalism and the artistic expression of my work. Having a fantastic flow of enthusiastic diners, I’m certain that the guests will be excited to savour the latest delicacies on the menu”.

The Two.0 is not only fashioned in sophisticated décor, oozing Mediterranean vibes and boasting of its personalized service but it is also famous for its enigmatic status and loved among those who love to dine by the beach.
