This exclusive dining experience, limited to just 30 guests, will offer a selection of rich flavours and textures, created by the two visionary chefs. While the full lineup of dishes remains a surprise, guests can expect an inventive fusion that balances Chef Li’s take on traditional Chinese techniques with Chef Remy’s exquisite French touches, offering Dubai’s gourmands a new and flavoursome dining experience.
Among the highlights of the evening will be a mouth-watering Roasted Duck paired with Albufeira sauce and topped with luxurious Beluga caviar. Another anticipated creation, the Lune d’Or, will offer a refreshing blend of elderflower and osmanthus sorbet, promising a fragrant and refreshing experience.
