Violinist and Conductor André Rieu returns to Abu Dhabi in October 2025 with a brand new show
The world’s favourite Dutch violinist and conductor, André Rieu, is set to return to Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi, on Saturday 18 October 2025 with a spectacular new show.
Accompanied by his renowned 60-piece Johann Strauss Orchestra and international soloists, the “King of Waltz” promises an evening of music, entertainment, and joy that transcends generations and musical tastes. The concert will feature a vibrant and diverse programme, blending opera classics, iconic film scores, romantic ballads, and, of course, the waltzes that have made Rieu a global sensation and a household name.
Presented by MAC Global and in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and Miral, the leading creator of immersive destinations and experiences in Abu Dhabi, Rieu’s return follows the record-breaking success of his 2024 Abu Dhabi performance, which drew 12,000 attendees and set a new record for the largest audience for a classical concert in UAE history.
