Katsuya Partners with Yamanote Atelier to Craft Exclusive Fusion Menu
Katsuya and Yamanote Atelier join forces to introduce an exquisite fusion Katsuya x Yamanote Atelier Menu to elevate the Japanese dining scene in Dubai. Available from 17th April to 5th May, the menu will showcase the brilliant artistry and confectionery talents of both Japanese outlets, including three exclusive Yamanote desserts, available to savour at Katsuya at AED 55, and three specifically curated Katsuya dishes, available at selected Yamanote locations from AED 85.
The collaboration celebrates the synthesis of old Japanese tradition with innovative imagination, with each harmonious dish inspired by Japan’s intricate cuisine. Katsuya’s creations will include the succulent Jidori Chicken Salad, perfectly light and sweet, Crispy Rice topped with tender confit duck, and a savoury Japanese Mushroom Bop topped with signature bop sauce and Parmesan cheese. The Sakura desserts menu will feature the infamous and deliciously creamy Yamanote Cheesecake, Yukidoki filled with coconut parfait, and a decedent Japanese Nama with Kurogoma Puff.
This exciting collaboration will be exclusively available at the renowned Katsuya at Hyde Dubai, as well as three Yamanote locations including Al Ferdous, Mirdiff Hills, and Dubai Mall. These limited edition dishes will be available to enjoy from April 17th until May 5th and guests will also receive a special 20% off when dining at the selected outlets from April 17th, to avail before May 31st 2024.
