Dubai has introduced a new digital platform aimed at transforming how legal professionals access services across the emirate. The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department has launched the Legal Profession System, an integrated digital hub designed to support advocates, legal consultants, and law firms with faster, more efficient services.
The move is part of Dubai’s wider push to advance government digitisation and make public services more accessible. The new system consolidates all major legal profession services into one platform, covering registration, licensing, renewals, and professional conduct procedures.
Built as a single-window solution, the platform removes the need to deal with multiple agencies or separate systems. Users can now complete their requirements through one unified interface, using digital identity login and simplified documentation. The platform also allows smooth navigation between the Department’s website and smart app, with backend integration across government entities to cut processing time.
Dr. Lowai Mohamed Belhoul, Director General of the Legal Affairs Department, said the initiative is designed with customers in mind. He noted that the goal is to make legal services more convenient by using advanced digital tools that reduce time, effort, and costs for professionals.
He added that automating internal procedures and strengthening collaboration with partner government bodies have played a key role in improving overall efficiency and delivering modern legal services.
According to the Department, the new system reflects Dubai’s continued commitment to world-class government service delivery and a seamless experience for everyone engaged in the emirate’s legal ecosystem.
