He noted that the initiative contributes to transforming knowledge into practical, applicable projects, while supporting the Establishment’s directions in innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability.

His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG), said: “The ‘Housing Pioneers’ programme presents an advanced model of collaboration between government and academic institutions, dedicated to training and empowering national talents, enhancing their readiness to lead transformation and development across vital sectors, foremost among them the housing sector. The programme reflects the UAE’s strategy to invest in human capital as the primary engine of sustainable development, in addition to cultivating specialized leadership capabilities and equipping government personnel with the advanced knowledge and tools necessary to navigate rapid developments, anticipate future opportunities, and play their part in making a sustainable institutional impact.”

“Continuous investment in developing government leaders remains a fundamental pillar for elevating institutional readiness for future demands, and supporting national directives aimed at building a more agile, efficient, and sustainable government ecosystem, perfectly aligned with Dubai’s vision and its future developmental aspirations,” H.E. Al Marri affirmed.

Meanwhile, Shaikha Ahmed Al Mheiri, Director of Executive Education at MBRSG, said: “Launching the second cohort of the ‘Housing Pioneers’ programme, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, reflects the deep integration between academic institutions and government entities, highlighting their shared goal to advance the executive education ecosystem. It not only aligns with the UAE’s aspirations to elevate government operations to the highest standards of efficiency and quality, but also reinforces the vital role of institutional partnerships in building national capacities equipped to lead transformation and deliver sustainable development outcomes.”

In its second phase, the “Housing Pioneers” programme consists of 7 main phases, including leadership workshops, specialized workshops, the executive project, self-learning, a session with a leader, field visits, and the individual development plan. Together, these phases ensure an integrated training experience that contributes to developing participants on both professional and leadership levels.
