Innovation City Free Zone Authority has launched the region’s first TikTok LIVE Creator Studio in Ras Al Khaimah, marking a significant step towards supporting digital content creators and strengthening the emirate’s growing creative economy.
The new facility aims to provide a dedicated environment for content creation, helping digital talent explore opportunities in the rapidly expanding creator economy. The initiative also reflects Innovation City’s commitment to bringing technology, creativity and entrepreneurship together.
The official launch ceremony was attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chairman of Innovation City Free Zone Authority; Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Director-General of RAK Chamber; Boxia Liu, Head of TikTok LIVE for MENA and Türkiye; Anas Hijjawi, Acting CEO of Innovation City; and Nabil Arnous, Chief Commercial Officer of Innovation City.
The TikTok LIVE Creator Studio is expected to enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s digital business landscape by offering creators a platform to develop their creative potential and transform innovative ideas into business opportunities.
The initiative forms part of Innovation City’s broader efforts to attract creative professionals, encourage digital entrepreneurship and establish Ras Al Khaimah as a destination for emerging technologies and digital industries.
With the introduction of the new studio, Innovation City continues to expand its role in supporting innovation and nurturing talent across the UAE’s evolving digital economy.
