Acronis and Leader partner with Brad Jones Racing
Action on at Australian Grand Prix 2024
Acronis, the US-based global leader in cyber protection, and Australian-owned IT distributor Leader are partnering with the Brad Jones Racing (BJR) team at the Australian Grand Prix (March 21-24, 2024).
The partnership follows Leader’s ramping up of its involvement in motorsports through the Acronis #TeamUp programme.
Having Acronis and Leader deeply involved in one of Australia’s most significant events on the Supercars calendar is crucially beneficial for all involved. BJR can offer exclusive insights into running a high-performance racing team and see how these systems work in real time in race conditions.
Brad Jones, BJR team owner, said: “We are pleased to welcome the global cyber protection leader, Acronis, with support from Leader, back to our partner network and through the excellent #TeamUp programme.
“It is always a proud moment to work closely with other Australian businesses. Through a close partnership with Acronis and Leader, we can develop as a business and enjoy a world-class standard of cyber protection.
Data security
“Over a race weekend, we produce an incredible amount of sensitive data, and keeping that stored safely is of the utmost importance to our team. We wouldn’t trust anyone but Acronis to keep our data safe and secure,” added Jones.
According to Theo Kristoris, Managing Director of Leader: “At Leader, our mission is to deliver top-class service and support to our resellers and channel partners.
“Acronis equips our partners with natively integrated cybersecurity and data protection technology, trusted by global sports teams. Acronis provides the fastest and most efficient means for Australian businesses to elevate their security posture.”
Kelly Johnson, General Manager of Acronis ANZ, noted: “We are proud to support our partners in Australia.
“Acronis offers integrated cybersecurity and data protection for Australian businesses, alleviating the burden and removing the complexity associated with protecting digital environments.”
Acronis provides reliable and efficient integrated cybersecurity for managed service providers (MSPs), reducing the time and cost of preventing and remediating security incidents.
Australian businesses typically choose Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud because of its native integration of cybersecurity, data protection, and endpoint management services. This helps reduce downtime and achieve the essential eight maturity levels.
