Al Zarooni Developments unveils All Seasons Residence
Luxury development located in Dubai Sports City
Al Zarooni Developments, the real estate division of the Dubai-based Al Zarooni Group, has launched All Seasons Residence, a luxury residential community project in the heart of Dubai Sports City.
Unveiled on November 12, 2024, and scheduled for completion and handover by December 2027, All Seasons Residence offers an innovative approach that caters to those who value an active lifestyle without compromising comfort.
The development is part of a broader strategy to expand Al Zarooni Developments’ real estate portfolio, which includes three significant projects set for launch in 2025, with a combined value of AED3 billion.
The new development will feature 244 thoughtfully designed apartments, offering a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Prices start from AED590,000 for studios and rise to AED3 million for three-bedroom apartments, aiming to cater to a wide range of buyers.
Flexible payment plans
Al Zarooni Developments offers investors flexible three-year payment plans supported by the company’s in-house mortgage and finance division. These plans are designed to make investing in All Seasons Residence more accessible and attractive, further enhancing its appeal.
According to Abdulrahim Mohammed Belghuzooz Al Zarooni, Chairman of Al Zarooni Group, the launch of All Seasons Residence represents a step forward in the company’s evolution.
