Bentley Motors aligns operations into a single EMEA region
With 95 retail partners
Bentley Motors has announced a significant reshaping of its operations. It will combine its UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India business units into a single EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India) region. This new alignment will make the EMEA region the largest and most crucial for the UK-based luxury marque.
The newly formed region will have 95 retail partners spread across 41 markets. These markets represent around a third of Bentley’s global sales volume, underscoring the region’s strategic importance.
Richard Leopold, appointed Regional Director, is leading this restructured region. With over 17 years of experience at Bentley Motors, Leopold has extensive knowledge of regional markets. He previously oversaw each of the territories that are now consolidated within the EMEA umbrella. His expertise will be crucial as Bentley continues navigating complex markets and driving the region’s luxury brand’s growth.
Leopold expressed his enthusiasm for the new direction: “I am incredibly excited to continue collaborating closely with our retail partners to drive the growth of our business across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India under this new guise.
“This journey will focus on launching new models aligned with our Beyond100+ strategy and emphasise enhancing our network and elevating the customer experience in our biggest single region in the world.”
Bentley’s ambitious long-term plan, the Beyond100+ strategy, is central to the brand’s future. The company aims to accelerate innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction through this initiative, particularly in its largest market region.
The formation of the unified EMEA region marks a pivotal moment for Bentley. As it continues to expand its presence and commitment to excellence across these key markets, Bentley is reaffirming its position as a leading force in the global luxury car industry.
