BRIX reveals Dubai expansion with the launch of Café BRIX in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour

DUBAI, UAE, JUNE 13, 2023 – A brand new waterfront café is set to open its doors by September in Dubai’s idyllic Jumeirah Fishing Harbour. Café BRIX, from The Lab Holding family that owns and operates BRIX, 3Fils, Kanji, and more, will be the group’s newest addition, offering delicious all-day breakfast and lunch, freshly in-house baked breads, pastries, and desserts, as well as specialty coffee.

Sister to Dubai’s only dessert restaurant, BRIX, the new café will be home to wholesome breakfasts served all day long, with favourites like eggs benedict, avocado toast, shakshouka and signature croissants made fresh every morning, served with dreamy views over the Arabian Gulf waters.

Café BRIX will also offer an indulgent dessert menu with an array of sweet treats, including cakes, tarts, and other confections, all made with the highest quality ingredients and created to pair perfectly with the café’s specialty coffee pours and refreshing beverage options. 

Led by world-class chocolatier, Head Pastry Chef Carmen Rueda Hernández, the kitchen at Café BRIX promises a menu that’s reflects Chef Carmen’s passion for creating dishes that are both beautiful and flavourful.

Commenting on the approaching opening of Café BRIX, Chef Carmen said: “We are thrilled to be bringing Cafe BRIX to Jumeirah Fishing Harbour. Our goal is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where our guests can enjoy delicious breakfast and lunch dishes, plus desserts, while taking in the beautiful sights of the harbour.”

Café BRIX is scheduled to open doors in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour by mid-September 2023.
