Teaming up with JIA Group’s Michelin-starred French restaurant Louise, the airline is set to tantalise the taste buds of its First and Business class passengers with a fresh take on traditional French cuisine.
This collaboration underscores Cathay Pacific’s dedication to offering memorable dining experiences. With a focus on quality, attention to detail, and diverse options, the airline aims to cater to the varied preferences of its discerning clientele.
Following the success of their partnership with Duddell’s, another JIA Group establishment, Cathay Pacific is excited to introduce a new menu featuring 16 reimagined French classics.

Available on select long-haul flights departing from Hong Kong, this exclusive menu promises to delight Cathay Pacific’s passengers with its culinary artisanry.
Vivian Lo, Cathay Pacific’s General Manager of Customer Experience and Design, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, highlighting the airline’s commitment to culinary creativity and excellence.
She highlighted the goal of enhancing the inflight dining experience while showcasing the vibrancy of Hong Kong’s culinary scene.
Yenn Wong, CEO of JIA Group, echoed these sentiments, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to bring Louise’s renowned flavours to passengers worldwide. The partnership aims to captivate passengers with traditional French delicacies reimagined for the skies.
First-class passengers can indulge in various delights, including Obsiblue prawns with herb-infused consommé, steamed Chilean sea bass with chorizo sauce, and chicken ballotine with sauce supreme. The menu culminates with delectable desserts, such as raspberry and pistachio financier.
Business travellers have equally enticing options, including braised Iberico meat with special jam and pan-seared beef tenderloin with Madeira jus and porcini purée. The culinary journey concludes with indulgent desserts like Guanaja chocolate cremeux.
