Celebrate Love in Style: Sfumato Launches a 4-Course Set Menu for Valentine’s Day
As Valentine’s Day draws near, Sfumato, an elegant two-level restaurant located in ME Dubai Hotel introduces its romantic 4-course set menu, exclusively available on February 14th from 6pm onwards. Renowned for its sophisticated ambience and culinary mastery that transcends ordinary dining experiences, Sfumato is a picturesque spot to elevate the celebration of love with close ones.
Couples will be welcomed with two refreshing cocktails to unwind. While sipping, each couple will receive a polaroid photo upon arrival, serving as a timeless memento of their romantic outing. Guests can then embark on a culinary journey of love with a selection of dishes, specially curated to delight the senses while also showcasing elegance in the combination of flavours and presentation.
The culinary journey unfolds with a delightful amuse bouche – an Oyster with Orange Shrub spheres, setting the stage for an evening of unique flavours. The appetizers include the Baked Artichoke complemented with warm butter and an Eggplant Carpaccio with a smooth peanut sauce and caramelized pine nut. For the main course, guests can entice their tastebuds with a delicate Rabbit Caramelle with sage butter sauce and adorned with crispy sage and a tender Slow Cooked Beef Cheek served with mashed potatoes malt jus. Finally, for the sweet finale, guests can tuck into a refreshing Raspberry Lichee Sphere accompanied by a coconut sorbet and coconut vanilla meringue.
A special picture frame can be found on the first floor of ME Dubai Hotel where guests can enjoy taking photos to remember the evening. Couples will also have the opportunity to design personalized postcards for their loved ones after dining, bringing a special touch to the Valentine’s Day experience.
