Certo Dubai, the award winning and well renowned Italian Restaurant at Radisson Blu Dubai Media City, proudly welcomes Mary Jane Senado as Restaurant Manager. With a proven track record in delivering consistent high standards of customer service and leading high performing Food and Beverage teams, Mary Jane brings a wealth of experience and a natural flair for hospitality to her new role.

Drawing from her extensive hospitality industry background, Mary Jane Senado joins the Hotel as Restaurants Manager and is tasked with leading Certo’s team to new heights of excellence. Her tenure at esteemed establishments such as Anantara Hotels & Resorts in the UAE and Oman, Rotana Hotels, and Hyatt Hotels has developed her skills in readiness for this exciting and challenging role.
