The journey begins with Yellowtail Ceviche, a dish that combines the freshness of seafood with the rich creaminess of avocado. Paired with a Passion Fruit Margarita, this iconic duo brings together bright, citrusy notes with a touch of spice, setting the stage for a refreshing and invigorating start to the dining experience.
The spotlight then shifts to the Hokkaido Scallops, delicately crusted with Parmesan and expertly paired with the Peche Blanche cocktail. The silky, fruity notes of the drink enhance the rich, savoury flavours of the scallops, creating a perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying second course.
The grand finale features Rib Eye Tataki accompanied by foie gras, an exquisite dish that finds its ideal partner in the Currant Smoked Negroni. This cocktail adds depth with its smoky, currant-infused notes, rounding off the experience with a powerful and memorable conclusion.
