Emirates extends refurbished Boeing 777 service to Seoul

And also London Stansted
Emirates is set to expand the list of cities served by its refurbished Boeing 777 aircraft, with new routes to Seoul, South Korea, beginning on April 14, 2025, and to London Stansted in the UK starting May 7, 2025. This expansion comes as the Dubai-based airline continues to roll out its upgraded fleet, with aircraft featuring renovated cabins as part of a retrofit programme.
The Boeing 777, which features a four-class configuration, will begin operating on flights EK324 and EK325 between Dubai and Seoul three times a week—Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
This addition makes Seoul the second East Asian city to receive the upgraded Boeing 777, following Tokyo. Passengers flying this route will enjoy the airline’s enhanced onboard product, including the airline’s Premium Economy cabin and a newly reconfigured Business Class, which provides customers with a broader range of seating options and improved in-flight amenities.
The retrofit programme is part of Emirates’ broader effort to enhance its passenger offering and ensure that its long-haul flights provide an upgraded travel experience.
By July 2025, more than 3,150 weekly Premium Economy seats will be available on a mix of Boeing 777s and A380s, serving six key destinations across East and Southeast Asia, including Tokyo-Narita, Tokyo-Haneda, Osaka, Singapore, Seoul, and Shenzhen. This will offer a better choice and convenience for travellers flying in premium classes.
Additionally, London Stansted will join London Heathrow and Edinburgh as the third UK destination to benefit from Emirates’ latest-generation aircraft. The airline’s four-class Boeing 777 will soon serve this route, enhancing the experience for passengers flying to and from the UK. London Stansted will become part of Emirates’ broader European network, including Brussels, Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, and Athens.
The rollout of the upgraded Boeing 777 is part of Emirates’ strategy to enhance the comfort and quality of its services, catering to a growing demand for luxury air travel. With the introduction of renovated cabins, the airline aims to provide an exceptional flying experience for its passengers.
