Emirates unveils a new Crew Zone at its headquarters in Dubai

Emirates has inaugurated a Crew Zone facility at its headquarters in Dubai, now open to its cabin crew. The space offers services and amenities to support the professional and personal well-being of Emirates’ crew members.
The Crew Zone is a 24/7 accessible area featuring an open-plan design that can accommodate up to 200 crew members simultaneously. Developed over nine months for AED3 million, it comprises seven distinct zones, each tailored to meet various needs:
The Crew Engagement Zone is a multifunctional space that connects crew members with the airline’s latest initiatives, product launches, and training workshops. It features interactive screens and real-time calendars, allowing crew to book events directly from their devices, fostering professional development and engagement.
The One Device Hub supports the airline’s One Device programme, offering technological assistance to crew members. The hub is staffed around the clock to provide setup support and troubleshooting services, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficiency.
The Crew Lounge is designed for relaxation. It offers comfortable seating and a tranquil environment where crew can unwind, enjoy refreshments, complete post-flight reports, or socialise with colleagues.
The Facilities Distribution Service is a streamlined counter that facilitates the collection and drop-off of essential documents, including visas and regulatory paperwork. It also manages the distribution of new devices, ensuring crew members have easy access to necessary materials.
The Crew Computer Zone has high-speed internet and workstations, catering to professional tasks and personal needs, such as booking flights and printing documents.
Crew Connect Services operates 24/7 and provides personalised assistance for operational inquiries. Crew members can receive support in person, by phone, or via email, ensuring timely and practical help is always available.
The Beauty Hub, launched in 2023 and now integrated within the Crew Zone, offers consultations on makeup application, nutrition, fitness, skincare, and haircare. Crew members can book personalised appointments or attend group masterclasses, promoting personal well-being and self-care.
