The business lunch promises an authentic and dynamic journey through the rainforests, with dishes such as Salmon Nikkei prepared with a sweet passion fruit teriyaki, Pollo a la Parrila, a grilled half baby chicken, and a sweet finish with the Tres Leches con Arequipe milk cake.
