The evening will also be complemented by traditional live performances of authentic Arabicmusic featuring oriental instruments, taking place at the grand stage. For those seeking a more intimate setting, the outdoor poolside area provides a serene space under the stars, ideal for gathering with loved ones during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
For an interactive dining experience, Sahr Alsharq Tent proudly features live cooking and carving stations, where guests can witness Andaz Doha’s talented chefs prepare signature dishes on demand. Guests can indulge in a diverse selection of traditional Middle Eastern and international dishes, with a Shawarma Station and Ouzi Station starring a Lamb Ouziwith saffron rice, topped with golden raisins and roasted nuts, to an Oriental BBQ Platter featuring Lamb, Kofta, Kebabs, Chicken, and Prawns, complemented by a refreshing array of exotic, freshly squeezed juices.
The Live Pasta and Risotto Station features freshly made truffle pasta tossed in a parmigiano roll, fresh pasta with arabiata sauce or mushroom sauce, and a selection of risottos infused with saffron, mushroom, or beetroot. The Live Carving Station offers expertly roasted meats, including succulent roasted chicken with mixed grilled vegetables. Further elevating the culinary experience, The Salt Road Doha BBQ Station presents their signature beef cuts grilled to perfection on a Josper grill, accompanied by silky mashed potatoes and a rich pepper sauce.
