A month-long chocolate-inspired cocktail menu
Throughout February, Flying Elephant unveils a limited-edition mixology menu infused with the artistry of AARAYA’s rich, handcrafted chocolate. Guests can savour creations that are bold and captivating, including the AARAYA® Affogato Martini – a divine blend of bold coffee and velvety AARAYA chocolate, creating a creamy, bold affair that feels like love in a glass, as well as the Choco-Old Fashioned – a fruity and decadent reimagining of the classic cocktail, with deep notes of cherries and luxurious AARAYA® chocolate.
Other not-to-be-missed options include Choco-Late To the Party – a luscious chocolate twist on the classic Negroni, balancing bittersweet notes with indulgence, and the Bountyni – a sophisticated blend of chocolate, rum, and aromatic spices, delivering a rich, exotic flavour profile.
Each cocktail is a love letter to chocolate, turning every sip into a celebration of romance.
This special menu will be available at Flying Elephant from February 1 to February 28.
The Love Potion Experience on February 14
For couples seeking the ultimate Valentine’s evening, Flying Elephant x AARAYA® Chocolates presents The Love Potion Experience on February 14 from 8pm to 11pm – an exclusive celebration of love through culinary, mixology magic and live music with multi-genre guitarist and composer, Niki Mukhi.
For AED 499 per couple, guests will indulge in a carefully curated two-course meal featuring bold, flavourful dishes like Paneer Papadi, Puchka, Dhungaar Butter Chicken, Chemeen Curry, and the iconic Halawa Cheesecake to sweeten the night.
To complement the culinary delights, couples will enjoy unlimited signature cocktails, including the limited-edition chocolate-inspired creations. Adding a touch of creativity, guests will have the chance to participate in a “Create Your Own Cocktail” experience guided by Flying Elephant’s expert mixologists.
As a special keepsake, couples will receive a luxurious Valentine’s Day Chocolate Love Box from AARAYA® Chocolates, to continue the celebration at home.
Setting the scene for a night to remember, guitarist Niki Mukhi will perform live timeless melodies throughout the evening to infuse the experience with romance and create an enchanting atmosphere.
