GITEX Global 2023 organiser says this is ‘The Year to Imagine Al in Everything’
The 43rd annual edition of GITEX Global – the multi-sourcing and collaborative event for tech professionals – returns to Dubai from October 16-20, 2023, in what is hailed as being the ‘world’s largest tech and startup event of 2023’.
Against the backdrop of the global tech industry being valued at approximately AED19.1 trillion ($5.2 trillion), the mega B2B event takes place at its longtime venue, the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) complex, under the theme ‘The Year to Imagine Al in Everything’.
Some of the world’s most renowned tech protagonists, inventors, researchers, developers, and academia are to converge in-person and remotely during the five-day-long event.
Curated event
Show organiser, Dubai World Trade Centre, has curated GITEX Global 2023 to help empower the international tech industry that is currently witnessing an unprecedented race for AI and ML adoption and superiority across all verticals while launching and bringing to market cost and timesaving disruptive technologies.
The mega 2023 event encompasses a total of 10 co-located events: AI Everything, Global DevSlam, X-Verse, GITEX Impact, Future Urbanism Smart City Summit & Expo, Expand North Star, Future Blockchain Summit, Fintech Surge, and Marketing Mania.

Ahed of COP28
GITEX Impact is a premier sourcing event for sustainability, tech innovation, ESA, strategies, and services and takes place in the lead-up to COP28 being held in Dubai this November-December.
Future Urbanism Smart City Summit & Expo encompasses defining the cognitive urbanism, ESG, climate tech, foodtech, metaverse, web 3.0, crypto, and blockchain landscape.
Due to be held at the Museum of the Future in Dubai from October 16-17, 2023, Super Bridge Summit Dubai places the spotlight on strategic partnerships and allied initiatives between investors, business leaders, family offices and major institutions in the world’s fastest-growing economies.
Scheduled from October 15-18, 2023, at Dubai Harbour, and organised by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, the Expand North Star sideshow for the startup community features a new creative format this year.
AI in the spotlight
With ‘imagining AI in everything’ being the dominant theme of GITEX Global 2023, the bulk of the AI floor space at DWTC – all 210,000 sqft of it – is devoted to giving a unique forum to several of the world’s leading AI experts who are engaged in cutting-edge R&D initiatives and programmes, along with exhibitors who are set to showcase the latest developments in AI.
All-in-all, innovation-first GITEX Global 2023 is harnessing the expertise of no less than six global tech communities, comprising tech executives, government stakeholders and decision-makers, coders and developers, startups, youth, and academia.
