4 Weekly Flights Are Scheduled

To enhance connectivity between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Germany, Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier, has announced the launch of four weekly flights from Manama in Bahrain to Munich in Germany starting July 1, 2024.

These new flights, operated by the state-of-the-art Airbus A321neo, will offer convenient travel options between Bahrain International Airport and Munich Airport on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

The flight from Manama is scheduled to arrive in Munich at 06:35am local time and depart for Manama at 12:20pm, providing optimal scheduling for business and leisure travellers.

Gulf Air passengers can now book seats on this route, opening up opportunities for seamless travel between the Arabian Gulf and the heart of Europe.

Bahrain is a treasure trove of unique experiences known for blending traditional and modern attractions. From exploring historic sites to immersing in vibrant contemporary culture, the island nation caters to various interests, making it a must-visit destination.

One of the highlights of Bahrain’s accessibility is the King Fahd Causeway, a 25-kilometre-long bridge connecting Bahrain with Saudi Arabia. This direct road connection further facilitates passenger travel, enhancing access to and from Bahrain.

Moreover, Bahrain’s strategic location as a gateway to Asia and Europe makes it an ideal stopover for travellers heading to other destinations. With connections to key Asian cities, such as India, Singapore, Thailand, and the Maldives, Bahrain International Airport is a crucial hub for international travel.

Introducing these new flights strengthens the air connectivity between Bahrain and Munich. It underscores Gulf Air’s commitment to expanding its global network, providing passengers with more options for seamless travel experiences.

For travellers seeking a blend of Arabian hospitality, rich culture, and modern amenities, Bahrain remains a top destination, with its convenient air links further enhancing its appeal on the global stage.
