HAKKASAN ABU DHABI UNVEILS VALENTINE’S DAY MENU
Abu Dhabi, UAE, February 2023: Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, the newly awardedMichelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, is set to treat couples to a culinary journey of indulgence this Valentine’s Day. The specially curated menu, priced at AED 498 per person, for bookings of two or more, features an array of dishes and Cantonese flavours that are sure to impress.
The Valentine’s Day menu at Hakkasan Abu Dhabi starts with a variety of mouth-watering small eats, including the Alaskan king crab duet, a combination of king crab salad and golden silken king crab, and the Valentine’s Supreme dim sum, with lobster dumplings and wagyu beef truffle puff. Guests can also savour the Jasmine tea smoked chicken garnished with crystalized rose petals, adding a touch of romance to the meal.
For the main course, couples can indulge in the Charcoal grilled grouper with red chilli, peanut, and aubergine, and the Golden prawn with corn and black rice. Enhancing the flavour of any main dish, the selection of seasonal vegetables such as asparagus, lotus seed, sugar snap, and ginkgo nut are delicious additions, and the succulent Wagyu beef fried rice is a must-try delicacy.
The Valentine’s Day menu concludes with a heavenly Pistachio parfait with strawberry sorbet, the perfect way to end a romantic evening in celebration of the day of love.
