Lúnico at J1 Beach launches new lively Spanish Saturday ‘Brunch Ritmo’
Spanish restaurant Lúnico at J1 Beach welcomes guests to elevate their weekends with the debut of its all-new Spanish Saturday ‘Brunch Ritmo’, launching on April 5.
Every Saturday, guests are invited to indulge in an afternoon of vibrant Spanish flavours and unlimited sips from 1pm to 4pm, with the option of either a soft beverage package for AED 350 per person or an alcohol package for AED 450 per person, which includes a selection of cocktails, wine, sparkling wine, sangria, and spirits. The fun continues from 3.30pm to 6pm with a lively after-party and happy hour.
Setting the scene for a captivating afternoon with vibrant music, Brunch Ritmo’s vibe will be fueled by a DJ from 1pm to 4pm, followed by a live percussionist who will keep the energy high until 6pm.
Guests can expect a carefully curated menu by Head Chef John Evans that blends nostalgic Spanish flavours with modern techniques, predominantly using quality ingredients sourced from Spain.
The experience begins with a selection of tapas and starters including Patatas Bravas, Padrón Peppers, Gambas Al Ajillo, and Tartar De Ternera. The sharing-style brunch menu continues with main courses of Costillas De Res – 600g of smoked Australian grain-fed short ribs in a Spanish-Asian BBQ glaze, as well as Lubina Al Carbón – fresh sea bass fillet in a golden butter piquillo, and Romesco Egg Pasta with Manchego cheese and almonds.
On the side, there will be Papas Fritas Trufadas – fried potatoes in a truffle sauce with parmesan, and mixed grilled vegetables in shiso piquillo butter.
For a sweet, indulgent finish, San Sebastian cheesecake with mixed berries will be served, alongside a selection of 70% dark chocolate truffles and dulce de leche-filled cookies, plus a seasonal selection of fresh fruit.
With both indoor and outdoor seating, Lúnico – a venue inspired by the four phases of the moon and natural elements – boasts a terrace abundant with greenery that’s perfect for unwinding on while soaking up views of both the sea on one side and Burj Khalifa on the other, and enjoying elevated Spanish dining paired with laid-back yet vibrant beachside fun.
Brunch Ritmo at Lúnico will debut on Saturday 5th April and take place every Saturday following.
