Microsoft today announced the general availability of its latest Surface for Business Copilot+ PCs, featuring the powerful Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors. This new lineup includes the Surface Laptop, Surface Pro, and Surface Laptop with 5G coming soon, designed to meet the diverse needs of professionals across the Middle East by empowering them to enhance their productivity and accelerate AI innovation.
The Surface for Business Copilot+ PCs are engineered to deliver exceptional performance, enhanced security, and seamless connectivity, empowering professionals to achieve more. The integration of Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors ensures that these devices offer unparalleled speed and efficiency, making them ideal for multitasking, data analysis, and creative work.
Combining sleek design with powerful performance, the Surface Laptop is perfect for professionals who need a reliable and stylish device for everyday tasks. With its high-resolution display and long battery life, users can stay productive throughout the day. The versatile Surface Pro offers the flexibility of a tablet with the power of a laptop. Its detachable keyboard and touch screen make it an excellent choice for on-the-go professionals who require a portable yet powerful device. Meanwhile, the Surface Laptop with 5G is designed for those who require constant connectivity, providing lightning-fast Internet speeds and ensuring that users can stay connected and productive no matter where they are.
“We are excited to introduce the new lineup of our Surface for Business Copilot+ PCs, which are designed to empower professionals across the Middle East to thrive in today’s highly dynamic business landscape,” said Zubin Chagpar, Senior Director and Business Group Leader for Modern Work & Surface Devices at Microsoft CEMA. “In today’s fast-evolving, AI-powered work environment, businesses seek tools that not only boost productivity but also spark creativity and innovation. With cutting-edge performance, enhanced AI capabilities, and seamless connectivity, this new lineup empowers professionals to excel in their work, no matter where they are. At Microsoft, we remain deeply committed to empowering every professional across the workforce to achieve more, and the Surface for Business Copilot+ PCs are a testament to this mission.”
Copilot+ PCs are also designed to be the most secure Windows PCs ever, with the Microsoft Pluton security processor enabled by default on all Copilot+ PCs. Pluton, a chip-to-cloud security technology designed by Microsoft and embedded by silicon partners directly into the CPU, ensures Zero Trust principles at the core. This design helps protect sensitive information such as passwords, user identities and encryption keys from potential attacks. It acts as a secure vault within the computer, ensuring that even if someone gains physical access to the device, they cannot easily steal critical data.
In addition to the new PCs, Microsoft is introducing several exciting innovations. The new Surface USB4 Dock enhances connectivity and productivity with faster data transfer speeds and support for multiple high-resolution displays. Meanwhile, new experiences with Microsoft Teams Rooms on Surface Hub 3 are designed to improve collaboration and communication in meeting rooms, making it easier for teams to connect and work together seamlessly. Lastly, the Security Copilot in the Surface Management Portal offers advanced security features and insights, helping IT administrators manage and protect their Surface devices more effectively.
The new Surface for Business Copilot+ PCs are available for pre-order now. The Microsoft Surface Laptop for Business with Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2) will be available for delivery in the Middle East market from March 4, 2025, and the Microsoft Surface Pro for Business with Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2) from March 24, 2025.
