Middle East visitors invited to explore

Moscow has been transformed into a sprawling spectacle of innovation and entertainment with the launch of the ‘Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030’ festival.

Running from August 1 to September 8, 2024, this grand event offers visitors, particularly from the Middle East, a glimpse into the futuristic vision of the Russian capital.

The city-wide festival has turned Moscow into an expansive venue, blending traditional Russian charm with cutting-edge technology. Attendees can enjoy a rich and varied programme that integrates entertainment and educational elements in interactive formats, ensuring a comprehensive experience of the capital, the city’s vibrant culture and advancements.

Festival-goers have access to more than 30 diverse venues across Moscow. Highlights include a gastronomic festival zone, a fashion market, a summer lounge area, and a showcase of futuristic technologies and innovations.

Manezhnaya Square

At Manezhnaya Square, located in the heart of Moscow, visitors can explore augmented reality (AR) architectural displays that offer a deeper understanding of the city’s past and future. They can also indulge in Russia’s rich culinary traditions at a specialised gastrofestival.

Food enthusiasts will find ample opportunities to engage in interactive experiences, such as chargrill cooking masterclasses and open cookery lessons. The festival features tastings of traditional Russian dishes from various regions, giving an authentic taste of the country’s diverse cuisine. The festival has curated special activities for younger visitors, including kaleidoscope-making workshops and nitrogen shows.

In addition to its culinary and technological offerings, the festival presents a summer lounge zone designed to evoke a beach atmosphere in the city centre.

Live performances

Music lovers can enjoy a vibrant lineup of live performances, including virtuoso cover bands, thrilling DJ sets, and international A Capella groups. Fans can explore unique clothing and accessory brands at the festival’s fashion markets.
