Moscow set to host AI Journey International Conference on AI and ML

The AI Journey International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning will take place in Moscow from December 11 to 13, 2024. The conference will serve as a hub for discussions surrounding the transformative role of AI-driven technologies in enhancing human capabilities and generating innovative ideas that will shape the industry for years to come.
The conference agenda will focus on AI’s potential to benefit humanity, examining individuals’ and organisations’ expectations and perceptions of AI’s impact. The event will be held offline and broadcast live on its dedicated website, ensuring broad accessibility.
Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at Sberbank, the conference organiser, emphasised its significance: “AI Journey is not only a major international conference on artificial intelligence but also a space for developers and researchers to boost their professional growth.”
The conference will feature three main tracks: Science, Business, and Society. It will engage leading Russian and international researchers, scientists, government officials, and business leaders.
The Science track will showcase reports from top researchers and highlight the latest achievements in AI technology development. The Business track will focus on practical case studies of AI implementation across various industries, demonstrating how AI can enhance enterprise performance.
Meanwhile, the Society track will explore AI’s role in addressing social challenges, such as sustainable development and improving the quality of life at work and home.
A particular AI Junior track will also be available, catering to newcomers eager to learn about the world of AI.
The AI Journey International Conference will conclude a series of events throughout the year, including the AI Challenge for young data scientists and the AIJ Contest for seasoned specialists. Additionally, significant research papers from the AIJ Science selection process will be published in collaboration with the Russian Academy of Sciences, with the best article receiving a monetary prize.
