For vegetarians, the menu includes a Crispy Corn Cutlet, served on pita bread with hollandaise sauce and a side of fattoush, followed by a flavorful Bombay Veg Pulao and a decadent Coconut Caramel Cheesecake with passionfruit ganache, sugar caramel, and olive dust. Non-vegetarian options include the succulent Lamb Za’atar Gilafi Seekh, also served on pita bread with hollandaise sauce and a side of fattoush, a rich and aromatic Butter Chicken Biryani paired with makhan salan and mixed raita, and the same indulgent Coconut Caramel Cheesecake to conclude the meal on a sweet note.
