Rüya Dubai Reveals the Launch of its New Raki & Meze Fridays
Renowned for its warm and inviting atmosphere and impeccable Anatolian cuisine, Rüya Dubai, located at the St. Regis The Palm, is thrilled to announce the debut of its ‘Raki & Meze Fridays,’ commencing on 31st May 2024 from 7:00 PM to late. This exciting new experience allows guests to sample the flavours of Turkey with a delectable selection of mezes, live music, and a vibrant atmosphere, with specially curated meze offerings by Chef Gokhan Cokelez, starting from AED 400 along with unbeatable Raki offerings to enjoy being shared with friends and family throughout the evening.
Raki & Meze Fridays Meze Menu
The newly launched Raki & Meze menu will present two enticing selections, perfect for any gathering. The smaller selection, priced at AED 400, is ideal for intimate groups of 2-4 people, while the larger selection, priced at AED 790, caters to larger parties up to 4-8 people. Each offering includes one of our Dubai signature cocktails ‘Rakiskli’ shot per person, a delightful Raki-based creation featuring the traditional Turkish anise-flavoured spirit. Additionally, guests who purchase a Raki bottle will receive a complimentary Rakiskli shots to enhance their dining experience.
The meze menu includes a variety of delectable appetisers, including a Fresh House Basket, Tirnak Pide & Sourdough, Isli Patlican aubergine & walnut purée with crispy-coated aubergine chips, Börek, Ezme, Melon & Watermelon with Cheese, Cacik, Muhammara, andÇig Köfte. While the main dishes feature rich, authentic flavours such as Two Cheese Pide from The Black Sea with slow-cooked organic eggs, Şiş TavukKebap, Grilled Sea Bass & Zeytinyağli Pirasa, and Adana Kebap.
Setting the perfect mood to complement the alluring new menu, DJ Ray Ro will be on the decks, bringing his decade-long experience from Dubai’s premier venues to Rüya Dubai. The evening will begin with serene Anatolian-inspired tracks, transitioning to Afro House, and ending the night with culminating energetic Turkish pop and contemporary remixes to keep the energy alive throughout the evening.
