Sfumato Revamps Operations, Unveiling Exciting Offers for Breakfast and Lunch

Sfumato, the renowned upscale restaurant and gastro atelier located in the heart of ME Dubai Hotel, has undergone a significant transformation, redefining its operations to cater specifically to breakfast and lunch enthusiasts. Introducing new operational timings with the restaurant now closing at 7:00pm, Sfumato aims to bring and elevate its gastro culinary experience during the early hours of the day while still remaining a venue for unwinding late into the evening.

Breakfast Galore

Sfumato’s breakfast menu has received a fresh update, featuring a variety of boutique-style urban dishes. The highlight of the menu is the addition of Syrniki, complemented by an updated à la carte breakfast menu. Guests can now enjoy a free buffet, presented in a sharing style, which includes mini Croissants, Vegan date cakes, home-made pickle bowls, assorted fruits baskets and much more.

Embark on a sensational Saturday morning journey as Sfumato introduces its all new Saturday Breakfast, set to launch on February 24th. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in an enchanting family-friendly atmosphere, where lively entertainment and an abundance of culinary delights await. With three thoughtfully scheduled seatings from 9 am to 3 pm, the restaurant offers a leisurely breakfast experience catering to early risers and mid-morning enthusiasts alike.

 On the ground floor, a Kids Masterclass comes to life, allowing young chefs to explore the art of cooking under the expert guidance of Sfumato’s chefs, while parents enjoy a grand welcome with a complimentary drink.

As patrons ascend to the first floor, they will discover a buffet station overflowing with a symphony of sweet and savory treats, accompanied by the soulful tunes of a live band. Specialty coffee delights, expertly crafted to complement the diverse flavors of the breakfast offerings, add an extra layer of sophistication to the experience. For those seeking a more personalized touch, an à la carte menu awaits on the first floor, presenting meticulously crafted dishes designed to satisfy even the most discerning palates.

For young culinary enthusiasts who love to cook and explore the fun side of the kitchen, Sfumato has recently introduced a special Kids’ Cooking Masterclass for mini chefs every Saturday from 11am to 1pm. Little ones can explore the ins and outs of creating simple bites, under the watchful eyes of Sfumato’s expertly trained chefs and learn how to cook all-time favourites such as varenikis, cookies and cupcakes.  While the cooking masterclass keeps the kids entertained, parents can enjoy their Saturday breakfast at the glamorous surrounds of Sfumato.

Kids will get the opportunity to learn how to make Potato Vareniki, a classic Ukrainian dish that consists of dumplings filled with creamy mashed potato. The class is priced at AED 75 per child (aged between 3 – 12 years old), with booking mandatory.

Sumptuous Business Lunch – Monday to Friday

Sfumato now offers a sumptuous business lunch from Monday to Friday until 4pm, featuring a set menu that changes weekly and a free buffet. With prices starting at 115 AED for 2 courses and 135 AED for 3 courses, the buffet-powered business lunch provides exceptional value in the iconic Opus Tower.

Sweet & Fizzy After Hours at Sfumato

Launching next week from 5pm to 7pm on weekdays, Sfumato presents “Sweet & Fizzy After Hours,” offering a choice of a beverage (1 glass of champagne, 5 special cocktails, and 2 non-alcoholic beverages) along with a choice of a dessert (a selection of 8 desserts) at a special price of AED 75. For champagne, guests can enjoy the Perrier-Jouёt Grand Brut. For cocktails guests can explore the Portrait of a Youth with fruity and refreshing herbaceous notes, Gioconda with sour, strong and sharp notes, Young Woman with Unicorn featuring berry, fizzy and piquant notes, Bacchus featuring Oaky, soothing and chocolate notes and Sistine Madonna with citric, creamy flavoured notes. For non-alcoholic cocktails, try the Still Life featuring refreshing, juicy and fizzy notes and the Under Cherry Tree featuring rich, fragrant, sweet and sour notes.

Guests can choose from a selection of eight indulgent desserts such as the creamy Elderflower Basque Cheesecake with blueberry compote and Elderflower sauce, the Apple Gratin with Labneh ice cream, salted caramel sauce and vanilla English sauce, the Hot Chocolate tart with salt, truffle ice cream and chocolate sauce, the Citrus Tart with yuzu jelly and vanilla ganache, the Mango Coconut Pavlova with coconut sorbet and passion fruit sauce, Sour Cherry Choux with coffee caramel ice cream and chocolate sauce and the Carrot Rum Baba with carrot-green apple sorbet and passion fruit marmalade.
