The H Dubai Teams Up with Thrift For Good and Gulf For Good

Championing sustainability and community engagement strategically throughout the year in partnership with Thrift for Good, The H Dubai is proud to host the second season of Thrift-A-Gram. Taking place on November 23rd, from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thrift for Good will transform the hotel’s Excelsior Meeting Room into a vibrant marketplace, offering an incredible selection of pre-loved clothing and accessories. All proceeds will go to the Loden Foundation in Thimphu, Bhutan, in collaboration with Gulf for Good, supporting Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) centers.

Since the launch of this year’s Thrift-A-Gram collection, over 60 influencers have contributed more than 1,000 stylish outfits, and the goodwill continues to grow as more items are added. Notable contributors include Morgan Britt Butler, a fashion influencer celebrated for her chic and trendy style; Hiba Hassan, a lifestyle tastemaker blending fashion and beauty seamlessly; Hala Nakfoor, a model admired for her aspirational high-fashion looks; Evelina Scerba Alvarado, a sustainable fashion advocate with an eye for eco-conscious design; and Zainab Malik, a digital creator known for her polished yet relatable wardrobe choices; Helen Farmer and Noni Edwards, British Journalists and influencers; and many more like Malek Ibrahim Najar who is a Modest Style Coach and is uplifting Women to Find Their True Selves; Amanda Grogor Digital Creator who promotes Sustainable fashion and a long-time supporter of Thrift for Good and Hyku Desesto and Gweys Soriano, Filipino inspirational personalities. Their contributions add a distinctive sense of style to the event, making it a must-visit for fashion lovers.

The proceeds from this initiative will help the Loden Foundation revitalize three ECCD centers, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 3 to 8. Gulf for Good, established in 2001 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, continues to support underprivileged children worldwide through meaningful initiatives like this.

The H Dubai is proudly recognized as the region’s first Certified Autism Center™, reflecting its commitment to inclusive hospitality. The hotel has also received the notable Green Key Certification honoring its sustainability efforts and exceptional guest experiences. Throughout the year, The H Dubai’s Giving Box remains a fixture in the lobby, inviting guests and visitors to contribute their pre-loved clothing for Thrift for Good, a community-driven thrift shop chain that focuses on reducing waste and helping disadvantaged children.
