Under Armour Announces its Partnership with GEMS Metropole Mustangs’ High Performance Student Athletes
Under Armour proudly announces its exciting partnership with GEMS Metropole and the Metropole Mustangs football team. Through this partnership, Under Armour is equipping 150 students, comprising football team players, high-performance scholars, and 4 trainers from GEMS Metropole, with state-of-the-art athletic gear, to support students in pushing boundaries and reaching their full potential on the football pitch.
Aligning perfectly with Under Armour’s goal to lead in sports innovation and performance, GEMS Metropole will see Under Armour’s cutting-edge sports technology revolutionise athletic performance and elevate sports education to new heights. This idyllic partnership cements Under Armour’s mission to empower athletes and nurture future leaders by spotlighting talents and offering them top-tier opportunities; personalized nutrition plans, LUMI ice baths for recovery, InBody scanners for body composition analysis, and Veo Video technology for performance analysis. Athletes will also have access to the latest Under Armour gear, including TriBase and Hovr technology footwear, and ISO-Chill training apparel as well as educational workshops and training sessions.
The launch of this partnership was celebrated at the GEMS Metropole Sports Awards ceremony on Tuesday 4 June, commemorating the successes and achievements of the Mustangs. Following this ceremony, Under Armour plans to deepen its partnership with GEMS Metropole by integrating the brand’s presence throughout the school and supporting more of the school’s sports teams. Motivational branding like ‘PROTECT THIS HOUSE’ will be a prominent feature throughout the school, decorating the school’s walls, sports facilities, football fields and indoor sports hall, creating an inspiring atmosphere for all students. These powerful messages are more than just words; they encapsulate the ethos of determination, resilience, and team spirit that Under Armour champions.
