Volts supplies first energy storage systems to Nigeria

Volts –  first energy storage manufacturer in UAE starts 2024 by expanding its geographical presence with supplying a batch of energy storage systems in Lagos, Nigeria. 17 energy storages have been shipped to Nigeria and are ready to be installed at local sites. The customer is METSCO Company that will distribute energy storages in the Nigeria local market.

All energy storage systems are produced at Volts production facility in Abu Dhabi, in total they include 65 batteries, 2 kWh capacity each, 25 inverters with total power output of 150 kW. Device’s cases come in a spectrum of elegant colours: white, grey, beige, and black.

Our strategic collaboration with METSCO has paved the way for this milestone achievement, aligning with our goal to enhancing the quality of life in Nigeria. Volts energy storage solutions not only address current challenges but also make the foundation for sustainable and resilient energy future of the region. Volts plans include new supplements as well as expansion of partnership programs in Nigeria.
