XQ Adventure opens in Al Ain this November
XQuarry’s second venue after Sharjah
XQuarry Off-Road & Adventure Park is set to entice outdoor adventure and off-road enthusiasts in the United Arab Emirates with the opening of XQ Adventure in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, in early November.
XQ Adventure is a strategic partnership between XQuarry Off-Road & Adventure Park and Al Ain Adventure, the only facility in the Middle East region offering whitewater rafting and an expansive surf pool in a barren desert environment.
The collaboration aims to create an all-encompassing outdoor adventure experience encompassing land and water activities in one location.
While XQ Adventure will focus on off-roading activities, it also aims to distinguish itself by offering hiking trails that blend naturally into the scenic arid desert landscape at the foot of Al Ain’s famed Jebel Hafeet.
XQ Adventure will feature picturesque wadi beds, creating an immersive and visually appealing desert adventure experience. Meanwhile, the original XQuarry location in Mleiha, Sharjah, which opened in 2019, will continue to serve as an outdoor adventure site and off-road training academy, with diverse desert terrain and 30+ purpose-built off-road obstacles designed for all skill levels.
Activities galore
In addition to off-roading, XQ Adventure in Al Ain will introduce group camping options featuring air-conditioned lodges for comfortable overnight stays. Plans are underway for additional adventure attractions, including a paintball area and exploring cave systems, to ensure visitors have plenty of options to satisfy their adventurous spirit.
