Kiyoshi is ending the year on a high note with a New Year’s Eve dinner made for long tables, flowing drinks and a midnight moment by the water.
On Thursday, 31 December 2026, guests can settle in indoors for AED 950 per person or head out to the terrace for AED 1,250 per person, with skyline views across Dubai Creek Harbour as the fireworks begin. Children aged 6 to 12 are priced at AED 500, and bookings made by 30 November will receive 15% off.
The night starts from 7:30pm, with everyone seated by 9:30pm before dinner begins at 10pm. From there, it is all about good food, full glasses and the build-up to midnight, with a champagne countdown before the fireworks take over. Entertainment throughout the evening will set the pace for the night, building towards the countdown and midnight celebrations. The party keeps going until 2am.
Food is served sharing-style, with a few of Kiyoshi’s standout plates making an appearance. Expect Wagyu Tartare Toast with Oscietra caviar and black truffle, a selection of nigiri and signature sushi, followed by dishes such as Miso Black Cod and Wagyu Beef Donburi. To finish, there is Sakuramisu with cherry blossom, rhubarb compote and Madagascar vanilla.
Drinks are covered too, with free-flowing signature house and soft beverages served throughout the night.
With dinner, drinks, skyline views and fireworks all part of the night, Kiyoshi sets the scene for a memorable start to 2027.
