The evening unfolds with Hors D’Oeuvre to stimulate the appetite featuring Mixed Vegetable Crispy Rice Soup or the nutritious “Himalayan Gold” as an ingredient in the Cordyceps Militaris Duck Soup, Crispy Angus Beef Eggplant Roll or the Tossed Broccolini with Shitake Mushroom.
As the evening unfurls, the culinary journey forges ahead with exhilarating selections like Duck Chang Fen, Corn-fed Chicken Puff, setting the stage for the main courses which includes a variety of flavors such as Lamb Skewers Barbecue, Wok Angus Beef with Chinese Beans, each accompanied by Steamed Jasmine Rice, to complete the gastronomic journey.
