ADEK Unveils All-Stars Team at Abu Dhabi Sports Championship Finals

Aspiring sports talent from schools across Abu Dhabi are set to take center stage this Saturday at the Abu Dhabi Sports Championship Finals with the unveiling of the All-Stars Team – an initiative connecting top school performers with elite training opportunities to help them shine on national and international stages.

The All-Stars will make their first appearance in a high-energy futsal showcase match at 2:30 pm during the Abu Dhabi Sports Championship, where standout under-15 school players will compete in a dynamic display of skill, teamwork, and true sportsmanship.

Launching in August 2025, the All-Stars initiative pilot phase includes four sports: football, basketball, table tennis and badminton, featuring students scouted through school competitions like the Abu Dhabi Sports Championship and Charter Schools Cup.

The initiative reinforces ADEK’s broader commitment to student well-being, physical education, and inclusive participation. It aims to foster personal and sporting growth, open pathways to future opportunities, and support the UAE’s long-term national talent development goals.

Families, sports enthusiasts, and the wider community are invited to the Abu Dhabi Sports Championship Finals and Closing Ceremony this Saturday, 10 May, at Marina Hall, ADNEC. Witness outstanding student performances and enjoy a day filled with activities for all ages, including food, competitions, prizes, and more. Doors open at 10:00 AM with the Closing Ceremony taking place from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.
